Day 15th of August, FEDERAL-FLEX Asia Cross Country Rally, It carried out by SS5 / 285.05km out of the SS in 89.65km of the total runs that goes from Ubon RACHATHANI to Pakse. Every team started the run of LEG 5 at 6:00 am from the hotels MTC going towards the boarder.
The SS 5 89.65km first half of the leg is the high speed course, and the rest of the course 40km were under the water so the car felt driving on the water drench. Maximum time in completion is 4hours. The MOTO CROSS rider went complete the run under 2hours but car went and took 2 and the half hour. The top 5 ranked was finished the leg of the rally in time. Today's rally course took so many prisoners by the muddy road steep hills, and seven cars didn't make it back to the hotel even the clock hit mark of 12 midnight.
Despise the roughness of the course off SS 5 made in top 3 time ranked were team number #3 Vorapot BUNCHUAYLUE / Chupong CHAIWAN (SITTHIPHOL GROUP ISUZU BRIDGESTONE / ISUZU D-MAX), The team number #15 Paitoon THAMMASIRIKUL / Thanyapat MEENIL Team (ISUZU D-MAX), and #2 Chaman ON-SRI / Cholanat PHOPIPAT Team (MITSUBISHI TRITON), Thailand's drivers car went top 3 ranked cars.

Then the Japanese car driver team number #6 Takuma AOKI / Ittipon SIMARAKS / Katsuhiko SHIINE (D-MAX GEOLANDAR takuma-gp / ISUZU D-MAX) Mr. Takuma Aoki said g today's part of the Leg was very difficult because of the track condition: ups and downs and the muddy conditions, also helping the other motorist. But the luck ran out when the 5km away from the goal the front tire when flat and the team lost lots and lots of time. Regret.
Also at the SS5 team number #5 Wichai WATTANAWISUTH/Somkiat NOICHAD Team (ISUZU D-MAX) finished the SS 5 of the LEG5 within the targeted time.

Also at the SS5 team number #14 Satoshi TAKENO / Naoyuki YANAGAWA (KONYUDOU-KUN with Garage MONCHI KIZUNA MRS / SUZUKI Jimmny SIERA) finished in over time, regrettably saying that only 10mini away from making the completion time of 4hours and 30mini. The driver said, gI was glad of been people helped us and helping others, even listening to us amateur driver and rescued us", gI felt so good about the rally to tell the importance of rescuing other by doing same things to other, it was very good rally". The team made to the hotel and shared the joy of been a good team members. Also, doing an activity which sending the stationery and goods etc. to the children of Laos this year.

MOTO Division
As for the Moto Cross, the Sweden team number #108 Magnus OSTERBERG (Rally Raid Sweden Team KTM Scandinavia / KTM 450EXC SixDays) got 1st place even in a rough condition of the rally. 2place of the total in rank #114 Sumaetee TRAKULCHAI (AP HONDA / HONDA CRF250L) and the #107 Olle OHLSSON (Rally Raid Sweden Team KTM Scandinavia / KTM 450EXC SixDays) followed, and got third place. As for the Japanese rider #102 Hideyuki FUKUOKA (Team Japan / HONDA CRF450X) Mr. Fukuoka said git was the longest rally I haven't been on and it was the 3rd toughest rally I can remember" gI was running on the water road and muddy and couldn't see in front of me at all time it was tough". Mr. Fukuoka got 5th place. In the 6th place went to #105 Tadao EZURE (Team Japan [mcc EZURE] / YAMAHA WR450) Mr. Tadao got sick during the run by the intense heat, Mr. Tadao felt the intenseness of the Laos's weather condition can be deadly.
