Documents required for participation in the AXCR
To complete your entry, send the following documents to the Asia Cross Country Rally Secretary Office.
1. Copy of passport (JPEG)
The photo page of a passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.
2. International Driving License (JPEG)
Fold the pages as shown in the photo and photocopy them with the cover and mugshot pages facing each other.
3. Copy of vehicle registration (PDF)
If the name of the Vehicle registration is a company or someone else, an authorization letter (English) is required separately.
4. Photographs of vehicles for obtaining permits to drive in Thailand and Cambodia
Front, rear, left and right photos of participating vehicles (JPEG)
The front and rear must be photographed so that the number plate (registration number) can be read.
* Not required for vehicles in Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore.
5. Participant's face photo for ID and program book (JPEG)

Data destination
Be sure to rename each file so that it can be identified, compress it and send it under the team name (or individual name in the case of individuals). (Upper limit 30MB)
*The [ username ] and [ password ] required for sending documents can be found in the entry acceptance email.
If the transmission is successful, the page will change and the message "Successfully uploaded." will appear.
Please reduce the file size and send the file in several parts, as a blank screen has not been sent.
After successful transmission, please report to the Secretariat by e-mail.
If the above method does not work, please send the file to the Secretariat via a file transfer service or similar.

Eligibility and Issuance of Acceptance Letter
An acceptance letter will be issued to participants once their payment is confirmed, and this letter shall serve as AXCR official confirmation notice.
